ABOUT
Growing up with a father who loved movies and encouraged advancements in technology, Amini Suwedi grew up watching a lot of films and using a variety of cameras for school trips. Today he holds his Bachelor's Degree in Filmmaking from Turkey, a country rich with colors and culture similar to his home country of Tanzania. This has enriched his eye as a filmmaker especially in the field of Cinematography. His palette low key with deep browns and warm tones, Amini defines pictures as a bridge to deeper meanings and a tool to capture beauty that surrounds us all; from the people to nature, the miniscule to the grand and as a means of not only self expression but realization as well.
